Cancellations: 
Orders may be canceled if your product has not been engraved, embossed or if your order has not shipped.
Please contact weborders@spacepen.com should you need to cancel.
Canceled orders will receive an email confirmation.

Sales Tax:
Appropriate Sales Tax will be charged according to applicable state laws.   

Receipt:
A packing slip is included with your order and your purchase will be posted on your credit card statement.
However, we suggest that you print your confirmation page as a receipt.
