  • Delivery, service, and money back guarantees have been suspended by USPS,  FedEx, and UPS.
  • Fisher Space Pen cannot guarantee delivery of any package by a specific date, nor will Fisher Space Pen issue refunds for late deliveries.
  • Shipping options apply to business days only.
  • Shipping option times start the day after the item ships.
    Example: An order shipped via 2-Day shipping on a Monday should be delivered on Wednesday.

  • Fisher Space Pen has no control of order delivery once it leaves our factory.
    Once your order has shipped, please use your provided tracking number and contact the carrier should you have any questions concerning delivery.

  • Fisher Space Pen assumes no responsibility for loss or theft of packages.

  • Please check your shipping address for accuracy. Packages returned to Fisher Space Pen due to shipping address error(s) will incur a minimum $5.95 shipping charge for reshipment.

Returns and Exchanges
All Fisher Space Pens are covered by a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Changes to Orders
Once you have submitted your order we are unable to make any adjustments, edits, additions, deletions, or other changes to the order. If a change is needed your order will be canceled and you will need to place a new order.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if your product has not been engraved, or if your order has not shipped.
Please contact weborders@spacepen.com should you need to cancel.

Military & Diplomatic Orders
Transit times to Military APO/FPO/DPO will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Get more information on MPO transit times here.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Orders
The timeliness of service to destinations outside the contiguous US may be affected by the limited availability of transportation. The general time standard is typically 2-9 days in the 48 contiguous states; please allow extra time for delivery to AK, HI, PR, and other US Territories.

Fisher Space Pen Company ships exclusively within the United States.

Sales Tax
