For your protection, we require orders $100.00 or over to be delivered either “Signature Required” or “Signature Confirmation.”
Please use a shipping address where a signature is possible at all times.
If the item is returned to Fisher Space Pen Co., the additional shipping charge is the customer’s responsibility.

Fisher Space Pen is not responsible for your package or its delivery once it leaves our factory.

The two shipping methods available for orders to a Military Hub are standard shipping with delivery confirmation and Priority with delivery confirmation. Signature Confirmation/Signature Required is not available for Military APO/FPO deliveries. With either option, due to the Military Hub’s delivery schedule, the date that your shipment arrives at the Hub will not necessarily be the date that you receive your order. 
 “Signature Required” and “Signature Confirmation” are not available for Military APO/FPO deliveries.

Shipping and Handling of Orders: 
We ship standard (non-engraved) in-stock orders received Monday thru Friday before 2:00 PM [PT] the next business day; 
We ship in-stock engraved orders received before 2:00 PM [PT] within two business days. 

Orders may be cancelled if your product has not been engraved, embossed or if your order has not shipped.

Online Cancellation Message:
An online cancellation message indicates that you have called and requested that your order be cancelled. 

Sales Tax:
Appropriate Sales Tax will be charged according to applicable state laws.   

A packing slip is included with your order and your purchase will be posted on your credit card statement. However, we suggest that you print your confirmation page as a receipt.
