Shipping and Handling Information

• We ship standard (non-engraved) in-stock orders received Monday thru Friday before 2:00 P.M. [PST] the next business day;
• We ship in-stock engraved orders received before 2:00 P.M. [PST] within two business days.
• We ship FedEx when an account number is provided or Express Mail as requested.

    

• Cancelled - indicates that you have called and requested that your order be cancelled. Orders can only cancelled if they have not been shipped. Note: once a product has been engraved or embossed, it cannot be cancelled If you still have questions, visit the Customer Service Section of Fisher Pen Company. Alternatively, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-634-3494 between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00 PM PST. Please have your confirmation number ready.

Sales Tax

• Nevada residents will be charged 8.1 % sales tax  

Receipt

• A packing slip is included with your order.  Your purchase will be posted on your credit card statement. We also suggest that you print your confirmation page as a receipt.

• If you choose to pay with a check your order will not be shipped until the check has been received.
