Orders shipping to Military APO/FPO Hubs:
The two shipping methods available for orders to a Military Hub are USPS or Priority Mail. The most cost effective method is USPS, with Delivery confirmation and the fastest method is Priority Mail, with the Delivery and Signature Confirmation. Please be aware that, using either option, the date that your shipment arrives at the Hub will not necessarily be the date that you receive your order due to the Military Hub’s delivery schedule.
To protect your purchase, orders over $100.00 will be delivered either UPS “Signature Required” or USPS “Signature Confirmation”. Please use a shipping address where a signature is possible at all times. If the item is returned to Fisher Space Pen, the additional shipping charge is the customer’s responsibility and you will be contacted by the Consumer Services Department.
Shipping and Handling Information
- We ship standard (non-engraved) in-stock orders received Monday thru Friday before 2:00 P.M. [PST] the next business day;
- We ship in-stock engraved orders received before 2:00 P.M. [PST] within two business days.
- We ship FedEx when an account number is provided or Express Mail as requested.
Online Order Status Messages
- Cancelled - indicates that you have called and requested that your order be cancelled. Orders can only cancelled if they have not been shipped. Note: once a product has been engraved or embossed, it cannot be cancelled If you still have questions, visit the Customer Service Section of Fisher Pen Company. Alternatively, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-634-3494 between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00 PM PST. Please have your confirmation number ready.
Sales Tax
- Nevada residents will be charged 8.1 % sales tax
