The two shipping methods available for orders to a Military Hub are standard shipping with delivery confirmation and priority with delivery and signature confirmation. With either option, due to the Military Hub’s delivery schedule, the date that your shipment arrives at the Hub will not necessarily be the date that you receive your order.
Signature Required or Signature Confirmation:
To protect your purchase, orders over $100.00 will be delivered either “Signature Required” or “Signature Confirmation.” Please use a shipping address where a signature is possible at all times. If the item is returned to Fisher Space Pen, the additional shipping charge is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping and Handling of Orders:
We ship standard (non-engraved) in-stock orders received Monday thru Friday before 2:00 PM [PST] the next business day; We ship in-stock engraved orders received before 2:00 PM [PST] within two business days. We ship FedEx when an account number is provided. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled if: your product has not been engraved or embossed, and your order has not shipped
Online Cancellation Message:
An online cancellation message indicates that you have called and requested that your order be canceled.
Nevada residents will be charged 8.1 % sales tax.
A packing slip is included with your order and your purchase will be posted on your credit card statement. However, we suggest that you print your confirmation page as a receipt.
