Fisher Space Pens are 100% guaranteed. Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us for a full refund. Simply wrap the item securely and return by UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail. We recommend that you insure your shipment in case of loss in transit. Your repair or replacement will be returned to you via UPS Ground at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES/REPAIRS:
At Fisher Space Pen we stand behind our product and each of our pens is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects aside from loss.
If your Fisher Space Pen or your refill malfunctions, we are pleased to offer you a repair or replacement in exchange. Simply return the item along with all of the parts via the United States Postal Service, 1st Class Mail only. This will allow our quality control department to thoroughly inspect the item and determine the cause of the malfunction.
Please do not send your item in an ordinary envelope. USPS postal equipment cannot handle our items packaged this way because the machinery often tears it open and unprotected items are lost. We cannot be responsible for any item you might send that is lost or damaged by the USPS due to inadequate packaging. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and follow the instructions below.
