I absolutely love this pen. it is classy, lasts forever, and is just plain old amazing. Everyone I know loves it and thinks it's super cool. BUY IT!!!!

I bought this online a few days ago & it arrived yesterday. I'm a high school mathematics teacher &, as my students just finished their lengthy midterm examinations & I have to grade all of them (no multiple choice questions here), I am having ample opportunity to give this pen a thorough test-drive. The verdict so far: simply amazing! When closed, it's extremely compact &, given all of the reviews I've read around the Web about these pens never leaking, I've had no qualms about putting it my pocket. It's also very comfortable--this is due to both the rubber finger grip & also the nice balance of the pen when the cap is placed on the back. The ink is delivered in a very smooth fashion & I haven't had any gaps or places where I've had to stop & get the ink running again--so the ink cartridges work exactly as advertised so far! I had the pen customized with my name so that there is at least a chance that I'll get it back if I ever misplace it (at $3 for the engraving, it seems like a good bargain to me). Now, I do like the engraving and I would (and will) do it again--but the characters are a bit bigger than I had expected, taking up about 1/2 of the available surface area on the cap. Again, I like it, but it may not be to everyone's taste. (I used the Helvetica font and have three nearly full lines of text--a more concise engraving would obviously occupy less surface area.) Since I prefer to use green ink when grading papers (I just like green...no other reason!), I bought four of the green ink refills & have been using one of them for almost all of my writing so far. I like the green ink, but it's a fairly subdued green, kind of like a dark, dusky forest green; it isn't quite as bright a green as I had hoped. (I did write briefly with the black ink before switching out the ink cartridge & it looked great.) I'll come back & give a long-term review later. But I'm really impressed so far. Great product! Highly recommended!!

A nicely balanced writing instrument - especially for ladies. It's become my primary journaling pen. The Fisher fine point cartridge I use in it is the finest writing point I've ever owned - the ink flows beautifully and smoothly across the pages of my journal! Nice!
