Can I add to my order after I've completed it?
I'm sorry but you cannot do that. You will need to start again with the entire order including what you'd like to add to it. Then send an email to WEBORDERS@SPACEPEN.com with the information of the ORDER NUMBER that you'd like us to cancel for you. If the company is closed, they will receive it and take action to delete your first order and reverse the charges with your Credit Card company. On your statement you will see the FIRST CHARGE, then the SECOND CHARGE, then the REVERSAL of the FIRST CHARGE.

I have a MARS and a 2010 Fisher Space Pen, they seem to have run out of ink. The information I got with them at the time of purchase said that they were guaranteed ti write forever, or until we set foot on Mars, neither of which has happened yet. What do I do now?
You are right, they are guaranteed to write for you for that time! If you are in the United States Please follow these instructions. (If you are outside the United States, please contact your Distributor in your country.) If they have run out of ink, we need you to send them back to us for Recharging/Replacement. Please click REPAIR/REPLACEMENT at the bottom of any of the pages on SpacePen.com. Please follow those instructions, including how to safely package your pen/s. Return them to us along with the information we ask for. (If you do not have your original order number, please just include where you purchased or received your pen from.) Please understand that it might take 3 or 4 weeks for your replacement pen to arrive back to you.

How do I get a refill for my Original Astronaut Space Pen - it says #PR4 black medium on it?
You have options, the first would be to order from the website, left hand side of the Home page click on PRESSURIZED REFILLS or call Consumer Service at 702-293-3011 weekdays 7:00am to 4:00pm PST. Also, I believe many Staples and Office Depot locations carry the SPR-PR refills.

I'm looking for refills for my Touch Zone pen, manufactured by Willat Writing Instruments.  I have an old refill package that says the refills fit Touch Zone, Sensa Pens and space Pens.  The only number on the package is ZRC801.  Do you have any refills for this pen?

I have a Fisher Space Pen I purchased at the US Senate store in 1987 or so. Although rarely used but stored away, I was disappointed when I pulled it out today and it is inoperable. The medal cracked and it won't stay together. Inside it has some sturdy parts which are interesting. The ink is PR4 Black Medium and still works fine. Is this item under warranty or not?

Is the ZG Black Rubber finish like that of the rubber grip found on the Trekker type pen? 
The difference is the Trekker has a Rubber Comfort Grip only and the ZG has a smooth Rubber Coated body.

I dropped my pen (space pen bullet chrome) and now it has a big dent in it at the end. Not on the cap but on the pen it self is this covered under warranty and can I send it to Fisher to get it repaired or replaced?

I am considering purchasing the 400BCL (Matte Black Bullet Space Pen with Clip) because I understand it does NOT have the ridges on the nose tip. However, I have a question about whether the matte black finish will hold up in my pants pocket where, like most men, I carry my keys and coins.

I bought a 725 trekker for my wife and need to open it to replace the cartridge.  How do I open it??
First remove the cap, then with your left hand hold the tapered chrome piece and with your right hand hold the body and twist counter clockwise. Pull the old refill out insert the new one and screw back together, you should be good to go.

What is the difference between the SPR4F and SPR1F refills?
The only difference is the color of ink. SPR4F is black ink, fine point, SPR1F is blue ink, fine point.
