The original Bullet Space Pen was conceived in July of 1948. Paul Fisher was soon machining a new pen design shaped from solid aluminum. It became our first Fisher ball point pen, the #400 Bullet Pen, and arguably the most popular pen of the twentieth century. This pen is now all brass with a Chrome finish.
Cited as an outstanding example of industrial art, the classic design of the Fisher Bullet Pen has been exhibited for years in the New York Museum of Modern Art. The Bullet's timeless styling has been the topic of many art books and magazine articles. Often imitated but never duplicated, the Fisher Bullet Space Pen continues to be our most popular pen.

Here's an open Fisher Bullet Space Pen, ready to write.

I have had this pen for about 6 months and it is lovely. Great style, every time I use it someone comments on it and it works like a charm, smooth as butter when it writes. Probably the last pen I'll ever buy.

I got this pen at a local store in a mall. I fell in love with it immediately. I showed all of my friends at school and they were amazed with the quality of the pen and even just how it looked. Sadly i lost it and haven't had it for about a year now. I'm planning on purchasing another one very soon.

I have used regular cheap pens all my life for work and got this pen a few days ago and could immediately tell the difference. This pen writes way better and works great!

I had one of these when I was 14 years old, I use to take everywhere and show it off, I remember it so much because my 7th grade teacher bought himself of these amazing pens. Im 25 years old now and I still enjoy just looking at it, very impressive piece of art. I look foward to buying several more in the near future. Great pen and piece of american history.

I received my space pen as a gift in 1999... It has traveled around the world with me and acts as a good luck charm where ever I go. I signed my mortgage with it, marriage license... I even had it blessed at the Vatican. It is one of my most prized possessions. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.
